These terms govern the relationship between Monika Copywrites ENI (NIF 514823677, the "Studio") and the individual or entity placing an order (the "Client").
The Studio provides digital copywriting services delivered entirely online. No physical goods are dispatched.
An order is placed when payment is confirmed via Stripe. Work begins once the project brief template has been returned by the Client.
All prices in euros (EUR), excluding Portuguese IVA (23%). Fixed prices confirmed before work begins.
Delivery timelines run from receipt of the completed project brief. Timelines in business days. Force majeure excluded.
One revision round per project. Direction changes constitute a new project.
Full commercial rights transfer to the Client upon receipt of final payment.
Liability capped at the fee paid for the specific project.
Portuguese law. Competent courts of Setubal, Portugal.
